Located in Clementi, Singapore, the Centre provides Counselling, Case Management, Support Programmes and Information and Referral service. Any individual or family facing emotional, social or financial difficulties can contact the Centre for assistance.     Services are provided to all irrespective of nationality, religion, ethnicity and age. Priority is given to those from low-income families. Although a small charge is involved for services provided by Rotary Family Service Centre, it may be waived based on the assessment of the Counsellor or Case Manager.
